The 90-Day Accelerator

From "we should sell online" to live and selling in about 90 days.

A fixed, productised programme that takes an established trade, B2B or manufacturing business and stands up a real, conversion-ready Ecommerce channel. Step by step, time-boxed, and built to prove the economics before you scale.

What it is

A productised programme, not an open-ended project.

Most first Ecommerce builds stall because the scope keeps moving. The Accelerator removes that risk. It is a defined, repeatable sequence of steps with a fixed timeline and a pragmatic technology stack: Shopify or WooCommerce on a proven, our own bespoke starter theme, tailored to you, chosen to control cost, complexity and time to launch.

Productised

A defined package with a clear start, finish and deliverables.

Step by step

A repeatable sequence we have run before, with no guesswork.

Time-boxed

Three months, with gateways that keep the work moving.

Pragmatic stack

Shopify or WooCommerce and a proven theme, to control cost and timeline.

How it works, the 90 days

Three phases. Two gateways. One launch.

Each phase has a clear objective and ends at a gateway. We only move on when the work is genuinely ready, which is what keeps the timeline honest and the launch sound.

  1. Month 1

    Foundations

Objective: de-risk the build and set the commercial guardrails. We lock proposition clarity and priority products, the unit economics of pricing, margins, shipping and returns, operational readiness for fulfilment and support, a full product data pack, and the analytics plan. Gateway 1: we proceed only when the data pack, operational plan and sign-offs are complete.

  2. Month 2

    Design, build, populate

Objective: stand up a conversion-ready Shopify MVP, fast. Theme selection and light branding, essential apps and UK payments, catalogue load for the agreed range, the core content from home to checkout and policies, and QA across performance, mobile, VAT and shipping. Gateway 2: the go-live checklist is passed and soft-launch sign-off is secured.

  3. Month 3

    Launch, promote, learn

Objective: first sales and a simple, testable growth engine. Tracking live with GA4 and key conversions, launch campaigns with a Google Ads pilot and branded search, early lifecycle basics for email capture and post-purchase flows, and a weekly trading rhythm everyone understands. We finish with a 90-day review to scale, park or plan Phase 2, live and taking real orders.

In scope

Everything included in the build.

Clear boundaries are what keep it fast. This is what the programme delivers over the three months.

  • Shopify on a proven theme with light customisation
  • A defined initial product range with clean, structured data
  • UK payments, tax and shipping configured correctly
  • Core content, basic email capture and operational pages
  • Launch-ready analytics and conversion tracking
  • A modest PPC pilot to start learning in market

Common questions

What people ask before they apply.

Who is the Accelerator for?

It fits leaders of established B2B, trade or manufacturing businesses at the Getting Inspired to Getting Started stages, who do not yet sell DTC or only have a placeholder site. It is not built for mature Ecommerce operations already scaling an online channel.

What is included in the price?

The full three-month build and launch: an Ecommerce Store built on either Shopify or WooCommerce (subject to our advice) on a proven theme, catalogue load for the agreed range, launch analytics, a managed Google Ads pilot and a costed Phase 2 roadmap. Anything outside that is parked as Phase 2.

What happens after the 90 days?

You finish with a live store, a paid channel learning in market, and a prioritised Phase 2 plan. Most brands move onto a growth retainer to build on that momentum, but there is no obligation to.

How is the PPC pilot budget handled?

We confirm during qualification whether the pilot media budget is included in the package or funded separately, along with any match-funded ad credit that may be available at the time.

What do you need from us?

One empowered decision-maker who can sign off quickly, product data and imagery supplied promptly in the first few weeks, a willingness to start simple and avoid custom features in the MVP, and openness to proven procedures for fulfilment and support.
