Working with an agency can be a daunting option; we get it. We try to be transparent about how we work, and what it costs to work with us. Read below for more.

We don’t have fixed packages

We don’t believe in off-the-shelf marketing packages. Every retainer client we work with has a bespoke agreement, built around their goals, their stage of growth and what will actually move the needle for their business.

Not every brand needs every marketing channel.

Some businesses need to go hard on Paid Media to drive short-term revenue. Others need help defining a clear ecommerce growth strategy before investing more budget. You might need SEO and CRO to improve performance, or Email and Social Media to get more value from existing customers. That’s why we don’t publish a static list of services or prices.

How Do Qoob Retainers Work?

Our retainers are shaped around:

    • – Your commercial goals and growth targets
    • – The channels that will have the biggest impact right now
    • – The level of strategic input and hands-on delivery you need
    • – How closely we integrate with your in-house team

 

Once we understand your business, we’ll recommend exactly what you need, no more, no less. We’ll be clear on what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how success will be measured.

From there, we can give you a price based on what you actually need.

What Does It Actually Cost?

Retainers start from £1,000 per month, which usually covers focused support in one or two priority areas.

At the other end of the scale, our largest Ecommerce clients work with a full cross-channel team across strategy, paid media, SEO, CRO, email and reporting. These partnerships are typically around £5,000 per month and above.

The above numbers are not fixed, but are indicative of how we typically work with our clients.

When it comes to ad-hoc projects that may be outside of the agreed retainer (this often includes things like major website projects, design work etc), our retainer clients also enjoy a 30% discount when quoting these projects.

How Does it Compare to Hiring Your Own Marketing Team?

In our experience, this can vary, but hiring for yourself will likely average at around £170,000 a year for a full team of experts across Strategy, SEO, Paid Media, Social, Email, Design Content Creation. This is before National Insurance and pension contributions, or before any money is spent on your Paid Media advertising.

On top of this you’ll incur software and tools costs depending on what you need, which can easily be over £500 a month.

In comparison, working with Qoob, your retainer fees will likely be between £12,000 – £60,000 depending on your needs. With access to a full team of marketing experts with decades of experience.
